Deposits, Fees and Discounts
Deposit - Your non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of
your registration in order to hold your spot and will be applied to
the total balance due.
Super Early Bird Discount
- Pay in full with one payment by February 1, and receive a
$25 discount.
Early Bird Discount -
Pay in full with one payment by March 15,and receive a $15
discount.
Sibling Discount* - Pay full price for the first child, and each
additional sibling may take a $25 discount.
Additional Session Discount* - Pay full price for the first session,
and each additional session receives a $25 discount.
*Families may take the sibling discount OR the additional session
discount. For example, if you have two children who each
attend two sessions, one session is full price, and the other three
sessions each receive a $25 discount (one as a sibling discount, and
the other two as additional session discounts). No session
registration may receive more than one of these discounts.
Camp Party Discount - Host a "Camp Party" in March or April.
Invite your friends who have never attended Camp Gravatt to your
home to hear a brief presentation on Camp Gravatt from camp staff.
For each new camper who registers as a result of your party, you
will receive a $20 discount. No limit! Call the office
to schedule your party. There are a limited number of dates
available.
Payment Due Date
Balance is due by June 5 or two weeks before first day of session,
whichever is earlier. If registration is after June 5, fee due in
full at time of registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations canceled

weeks before session - fully refundable, minus deposit.

between 1 and 2 weeks before session -50% of fee is refundable,
minus deposit.

less than 1 week's notice - no refund.
Registrations may be moved to another session as space is available.
Deposits are not transferable to future summers or to other campers.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for campers with
financial need on a first-come, first-served basis.

for an application. Scholarships work best when
all parties have a vested financial interest in sponsorship of the
child; therefore, a deposit of $100 is required to secure camper's
session. Families are encouraged to seek additional support from the
home congregation and other sources before completing the
application for assistance. In addition, the application must be
supported by the camper's priest, pastor, youth minister OR school
principal. Application deadline is May 1.
